School Information

Use this area to access school information connected to transportation and attendance boundaries.

Create an Account

To create an account online:

• Go to https://gpcsd.mybusplanner.ca
• Select Parent Portal
• Select Create Account
• Enter the email address used to register your child in school and press Submit
• An email inviting you to confirm the subscription will be sent

Once your account is confirmed, you can log in to view your child’s transportation information.

Using the Account

Once the creation of your account is confirmed, you can perform the following actions:

• School Information – access school data
• Which School do I Attend? – find eligible schools for your child
• Can I Ride a Bus? – verify if your child is eligible to take the school bus
• Parent Portal – consult the bus schedule and location of your child’s stop

To view your child’s approved bus schedule and bus stop location, select Parent Portal after signing in.

Delete Your Account

To delete your BusPlanner account:

• Open one of your notification emails from BusPlanner, such as a delay or transportation change email
• Click the Unsubscribe link
• A page to the BusPlanner portal website will open
• Log in to your BusPlanner account
• Select the option to Delete Account

To unsubscribe from BusPlanner notifications:

• Open one of your notification emails from BusPlanner, such as a delay or transportation change email
• Click the Unsubscribe link
• A page to the BusPlanner portal website will open
• Log in to your BusPlanner account
• Select the option to Unsubscribe
