New Student Registration: 2025-2026 School Year
 
  • New Student Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year officially begins March 10, 2025.
  • The 2025-2026 Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12 Enrollment Application will be available starting February 24, 2025. We invite you to fill out the application form and submit it.
  • Schools will begin processing the application on March 10, 2025.

  • Registration for the current year is ongoing. Please fill out the 2024-2025 Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12 Enrollment Application.

Eligibility:

  • Registration will require a copy of your child’s birth certificate.

Program Description:
Families will have the opportunity to select online learning as a potential option for their children, where they will learn online with their teacher and classmates. There will be opportunities for in-person field trips and other events.
A program delivered completely by you the parent. It will be your responsibility to gather information, plan, deliver and evaluate your child's progress. Students who are inquiring about Home Education must contact St. John Bosco directly at [email protected] or call 780-532-7066 and be registered in a Home Education program as of September 30. For additional information please view Administrative Procedure 230 - Home Education.
 
After Sept. 30, Students must remain in Home Education for the entire year.

Completing Registration
For new families to GPCSD, you are required to:
  • Create a SchoolEngage parent account.
  • Add your child.
  • Complete your child's online registration form.

For current GPCSD families registering (adding) a new child:

  • Sign in to your PowerSchool parent portal.
  • Click on the SchoolEngage icon.
  • Add the new child in SchoolEngage.
  • Complete your child's online registration form.
 
Returning families are families who:
  1. Their children have attended a GPCSD school in previous years and
  2. Have a SchoolEngage parent account already created, but their children did not attend the last school year.

Returning families will need to reset their password for their SchoolEngage parent account. For further assistance on resetting your SchoolEngage account, please contact your school.
