Board Meeting Dates
Meetings start at 2:00 pm with an in-camera component followed by a public meeting at 2:30 pm. Dates for the Grande Prairie & District Catholic Schools Board of Trustee meetings are located below.
Delegations
As per Policy 9, in keeping with the Board's mandate to allow input from the public, the Board will consider requests from stakeholders to make presentations to the Board on matters falling within the Board's mandate and responsibilities.
Requests for presentations shall be made no later than ten (10) business days in advance of a scheduled meeting for which the presentation is sought. The process for making delegation requests is located in Policy 9.
Regular Public Board Meetings will recorded and posted to the Division's website within one week.
At this time, restrictions limit the amount of people gathering within our meeting space. Thus, we will limit attendance at public board meetings to trustees, administrative staff, and delegations that have been placed on the agenda.
