Bus Pass Application

Commencing the 2020-2021 School year it is mandatory for all students riding a First Student school bus to have a current year bus pass prior to boarding to ensure the health & safety of every student.  Students that do not provide their bus pass will not be allowed to board the bus.
 
Also, commencing the 2020-2021 School year, a bus application for each child (Rural & Urban) must be filled out annually.  If your child changes schools, moves to a different location, or requires different transportation needs during the school year, you will be required to complete a new bus application form. 
 
Filling out this form ensures we have sufficient room for your child by assigning them a seat and printing off a valid bus pass.
 
For those that applied during the early registration period (between March 2nd - April 30th) we will assign seats for:
  • All eligible applicants 
  • Out-of-boundary students, Celtic Sports Academy and Montessori students where we can make a connection

Those applying on May 1st and onward, will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis regardless of your eligibility if a connection can be made or room permits on the school bus.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR BUS PASS

 
Step #1: Review the Eligibility Criteria
Step #2: Review School Boundaries
Step #3: Click on the Microsoft Forms - 2021-2022 Bus Application Forms to apply for 2021-2022 school year busing only.
Step #4  After you click submit, a "Thank you" notification will pop up on your screen that we have received your application. 
~ If you require confirmation of your application, you'll have the option to PRINT once you click "Submit" at the end of the form.
 

If your child does not have a bus pass to board the school bus, it is the parent's responsibility to make alternate arrangements for transportation until their child can sign out a TEMPORARY bus pass (for a maximum of 5 days) from the School Office or until their new bus pass (with their name on it) has been printed.  A $5.00 replacement fee may be charged.

 

It may take up to 5-10 business days before we can process your application. In the interim, may we suggest that you plan for alternate transportation arrangements. 

 

2021-2022 bus passes will be available at your child's school commencing August 23, 2021. 

 

You may also log into the Bus Route Information (VersaTrans E-Link) portal 24/7 for your child's 21-22 routing information.  

Students transported by Peace Wapiti bus routes will be contacted by Peace Wapiti.
Students transported by Peace River School Division attending St. Thomas More will need to click her to apply.
