	Topic 3: Where is the list of district (Global) contacts?
Step 1	Start a new message by clicking on NEW from the inbox screen.
Step 2	Once the new message window has popped up, click the grey 'To' box, circled above.
Step 3	Make sure the drop-down for 'Find names in' is set to "Global Address List" If not, click the small arrow on the right and choose it form the list.
Step 4 A	To search for a contact by name: Type a few letters of the person's name, starting ONLY from the beginning of their first name [4a-1]. Then hit the Find button [4a-2] to display a list of matching contacts.
Step 4 B	To search for a contact by school: Type a few letters of the school name [4b-1], and then hit the Find button [4b-2]. Note: Schools starting in 'St.' - There is NO space between 'St.' and the school name: St.Patrick - not - St. Patrick.
Step 5	Click on the Contact you want [5-1] and click how you want to send to them. (in this case, in the 'To' field [5-2].) Then click 'Close' to return to your message.[5-3] You can choose multiple contacts, repeat steps 5-1 and 5-2 in sequence, one contact at a time.
Step 6	Notice how the contact is now it the 'To' field as chosen. Type away and hit send to send your message!
