Step 1	Once logged in, click on the 'Support' button in the top right corner of the page. Circled in red in this picture. Note: If you cannot log in: E-mail support@gpcsd.ca or juliejuniper@gpcsd.ca.
Step 2	(1) Type in your full email address: [Ex: teachername@gpcsd.ca] (2) Fill in the Subject Line and Description as you would an email, with the issue explained as descriptively as possible. (3) Hit Send and the email will be sent to the Eluminate Support Team.
