Welcome to the District

CEC Grande Prairie and District Catholic Schools serves Catholic students living in the regional communities of Grande Prairie, Beaverlodge, Fairview, Spirit River, and Sexsmith.

Staff members of Grande Prairie & District Catholic Schools are a team of over 475 people who provide educational and Faith-based services to approximately 3900 students in 11 schools. No matter what role each staff member has, it is and must always ultimately be about serving the educational needs of the children in our schools.

In Fall 2009 we welcome students to the new Mother Teresa Catholic School in Grande Prairie’s rapidly growing south east district.
