Jobs with GPCSDQualifications:
• Extensive payroll experience in a computerized environment.
• School District payroll experience a definite asset.
• Knowledge of federal and provincial legislation pertaining to payroll and personnel.
• Basic accounting training and experience an asset.
• Experience in administration of pension and benefit plans.
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively

Duties:
• To assist with the payroll and benefit functions for approximately 500 employees.
• Administer and maintain status of employee benefits.
• Preparation of monthly salary calculations for payroll.
• Balancing and entering of timesheets, absences and month-end reports.
• Reconcile monthly remittances.
• Process all related payroll adjustments and documentation.

A Criminal Record Check and Child Welfare Check are requirements of all applicants.
