FOR SCHOOL START-UP
The 113 Street water and sewer line replacement project is in full swing. This will impact traffic and pedestrian flow around the E.E. Oliver(PRSD) and St. Thomas More(GPCSD) schools. Use extreme caution in the construction zones and be sure your children stay away from them. Please pay attention to all traffic signs, flagmen and detour signs.
Please note the designated temporary crosswalks (two-way arrow), bus routes (green), no parking zones (yellow), construction zones (red) and drop-off zones (blue) on the map (see link below for map).
New Bus Stop Program
The Bus Stop program is designed to alert parents, students, teachers, etc. of changes to the status of the busses on any given day. Notification will be given on this website when there are changes to the regular operating times of any of the Peace Wapiti or Peace 10 Buses that transport our students.. Please check this website for bus cancellations or delays. Busses not running due to inclement weather will still be announced over the Grande Prairie radio stations.

Urban Bus Routes for 2014-2015 (Updated October 14, 2014)
As of November 1, 2013 the transportation department implemented a new bus pass system to enhance student safety. Please click the ZPass/MyFirstPass information files for further details.
Transportation services are provided by a variety of transportation companies.
First Student is responsible for transportation in the City of Grande Prairie, and various routes in the rural areas surrounding Grande Prairie, Beaverlodge, Sexsmith, and Spirit River.
Peace Wapiti School Board and Peace River School Board provides the District with some transportation services.
