Online Registration is now available for new GPCSD families for 2018-2019 school year!!

GPCSD is pleased to announce online registration is now available for NEW and RETURNING students enrolling in Pre-Kindergarten and all Grades. Online Registration is available for all schools within the GPCSD. The online registration process saves time, paper and energy by allowing you to confirm your child’s registration in school at your convenience from anywhere with an internet connection. 

Please read the information below and begin the registration process!

If you do not have access to a computer, your school may be able to provide a paper option. You can also access a computer at your school office which will allow you to enter your information using the online system. Contact your school office for available options.

How do I register my child to attend school?

 

Please gather the following before you begin

Parent Information -- work and cell phone numbers, email addresses

Emergency Contact -- addresses and phone numbers.

Student Information – demographic information

New Registrations required to upload the following:

  1. Copy of birth certificate or immigration documentation
  2. Copies of any court orders effecting student

New Students

 

Please follow the instructions below to begin the online registration for your new student(s).

Go to https://gpcsd.schoolengage.ca/#/login

If you are returning to complete a form logon with credentials

If you have not yet created an account, click "Create new account?" to create a new account.

 

 

To finish creating a new account, enter the required information and click "Register"

A personalized registration link be sent to your email address, use the link to begin the registration process.

Log onto SchoolEngage

Click “Add Student” and fill in their information

 

 

Click the Graduation Hat icon and choose the student you added to see a list of forms

 

 

Click “New” beside the registration form that is relevant for the year are registering.

 

Complete the Form and Submit.  Note:  can save and return to form as needed.  After submit the form you will not be able to make changes.

You will receive a confirmation email once the Form has been been reviewed by School admin and approved.

After form approved a PowerSchool parent account will be automatically created for the Parent/ Guardian.

 

Existing family and you need to register a sibling or a returning student?

If you need a parent portal account, please contact the school for account setup credentials.

If you already have access to PowerSchool with GPCSD (e.g. because a sibling of the student is already attending a school in our district) you can log into PowerSchool and register a new student using the following steps:

Click SchoolEngage from Left menu

From the left menu click “Add Student”

Fill out student information and Save
